Appointments for workplace injuries, bundled care, and motor vehicle collisions cannot be booked online, please call the clinic.

  • Initial Assessment: new injuries that have not been assessed at our clinic or that we have not treated in the past 3 months (please call if you are unsure).
  • Follow Up: repeat appointment for symptoms that have been assessed within the last 3 months.

This site can be used to see availability for WSIB (workplace injuries) and Bundled Care (knee, hip and shoulder replacements) appointments. Please call the clinic to book.

Cancellations and No Shows:

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Within 24 hours, you must contact the clinic to cancel.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend your appointment will result in a charge of $50

Physiotherapists are skilled in prevention, assessment and management of conditions affecting the musculoskeletal, circulatory, respiratory and nervous systems. They treat physical symptoms caused by illness, disease, sports, work, motor vehicle accidents,age or inactivity. You do not need a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist.
Our physiotherapists can help you by:

• treating joint or muscle pain, such as neck, back, shoulder, knee pain, or a sprain or strain.
• teaching you how to manage the physical challenges resulting from an injury or condition, such as arthritis, stroke, back pain or Multiple Sclerosis.
• providing advice on safe return to sports or work after an injury.
• maximizing your mobility if you have a neurological disorder, such as a stroke, MS, Parkinson’s disease or spinal cord injury.
• treating symptoms of a sports or work injury or motor vehicle accident.
• providing advice on injury prevention.
• helping you regain strength and mobility after surgery.

Bryn is a Physiotherapy Resident working at both the Stratford and Mitchell locations. He completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology with distinction at Capilano University in 2023, before earning his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Saskatchewan in 2025.

During his schooling, Bryn completed additional credentials, including the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Level 1, a Diploma in Human Kinetics, CSEP-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), and Fundamentals of Functional Movement for Neurorehabilitation.

Bryn’s clinical interests include men’s health and well-being, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and hands-on therapy.

Outside of the clinic, Bryn enjoys playing the guitar, watching Formula 1, and going to the gym.

Ashley is a Physiotherapy Resident with Physiotherapy Alliance, working at the Stratford and Mitchell locations. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa before earning her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in Hamilton. Ashley is passionate about empowering individuals to recover from injury through education and self-management strategies, helping them return to the activities they love. Her clinical interests include orthopaedic conditions, neuro rehabilitation, and injury prevention. Ashley is excited to pursue post-graduate education to further enhance her clinical skills and advance her practice.
